The aentron battery management system (BMS) provides our customers with direct access to key battery parameters as well as potential functional customisation on request.

All aentron lithium-ion energy products can be combined with each other, used as standalone or in conjunction with products from other manufacturers or customer solutions. All aentron battery products are developed in accordance to the functional safety standard IEC61508. Documentation for our full range of products is available on request.

Standard Features & Key Functions

BMS – Battery Management System unit controls and monitors all safety relevant module parameters: voltage, current and temperature up to 60 Vdc

AEC – aentron Energy Controller controls and monitors all safety relevant multi-module parameters: voltage, current, temperature, isolation and module status up to 900 Vdc

All units are galvanically isolated up to 1000 Vdc

EMC Tested: CE Domestic / Industry, DNV-GL-Marine, ECR-R10

Standard Communication Protocol: CANopen: 125, 250, 500, 1000 kbit/s

Internal power supply – 12 Vdc
